We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across phone, email, live chat, and social media.

What you’ll be doing

As a Customer Care Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience:

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Provide detailed product and store information to support customer decisions
• Manage customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues across departments to resolve queries
• Stay up to date with our products, services, and customer journey
