What You’ll Do:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.
• Repair floor and wall coverings.
• Responsible for other building maintenance and installation works as required.
• Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes AHUs / FCUs and basic plumbing requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

Working Hours:

• 8am – 4:30pm
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime possibilities

Desirable Qualifications & Attributes:

• Experience of working in a high profile work environment.
• Previous fabric experience advantageous.
• PC literate.
• Good customer relationship skills.
