£13.05 – £13.30 per hour

Hours

Full-time and part-time hours available, including alternate weekend working.

Shift Patterns

• 08:00 – 20:00 (Full shift)
• 08:00 – 14:00 (Morning shift)
• 14:00 – 20:00 (Afternoon shift)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and mobility needs.
• Deliver person‑centred care and encourage independence.
• Support residents’ daily activities and foster relationships.
• Create a positive, team‑focused atmosphere within the home.
• Provide support during meals and social activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• No previous care experience required – prior customer service or community support is acceptable.
• Demonstrated kindness, empathy, and commitment to resident wellbeing.
