Maintenance & Reliability Technician (E&I)
Salary: £48,500 – £50,500 + £2,500 call out. Location: Hull. Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (8hrs shifts), Weekly rotation: 6am–2pm, 7am–3pm, 2pm–10pm. Call Out: 1 in 6 weekends.
We are currently looking for a Maintenance & Reliability Technician (E&I) to join our client’s engineering team in Hull. This is a great opportunity for a qualified E&I Technician, however we are also keen to speak with electrically biased engineers who are looking to develop into instrumentation, with full training provided.
About the Role
Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will:
- Carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
- Fault find on electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
- Interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent).
- NVQ/City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or process environments.
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop into E&I.
