SEND Learning Support Assistant – Inspire Student Growth

Harris Primary Academy Crystal Palace is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support children with SEND on a fixed-term contract from September 2026 to August 2027. The salary for this role ranges from £24,060.29 to £24,403.33 based on a 37.5 hour week for 38 weeks per year.

Ideal candidates should have qualifications to GCSE Level or equivalent and the ability to understand and support pupils facing social and emotional difficulties.
