Retail Assistant Manager — Lead Shop Team

BOYLE Sports is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Leicester Narborough Road location. In this role, you will manage shop operations and lead the team in the absence of the Shop Manager, ensuring the shop runs smoothly while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, be adaptable, and focus on customer satisfaction. A keen interest in sports and retail experience is a plus. Full training will be provided.
