We are looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Facilities Driver to support the smooth running of site operations. In this varied, hands‑on role, you will provide essential transport services for staff, visitors, and contractors while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide a ring and ride service for staff between on‑site locations and Amy Johnson House.
  • Escort visitors and contractors between the main gate, the Hub, and the Academy.
  • Drive safely at all times in line with traffic regulations and site rules.
  • Plan and manage daily schedules, adapting to changes when required.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding delays or service issues.
  • Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any faults promptly.
  • Assist passengers with luggage and ensure safe handling of parcels.
  • Deliver and collect post, parcels, and supplies across site.
  • Support hospitality deliveries, including refreshments, when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of journeys and mileage.
  • Assist the wider Facilities and Infrastructure team with ad‑hoc duties.

What you’ll bring
