Job Summary

We are recruiting Support Workers in England. Locations include Shropshire.

Role Overview

The people we work with rely on their team to provide enough support to live their best lives – enabling them to run their own home, look after themselves, and fully participate in their local community.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients to enable independence.
• Assist with daily activities to maintain personal hygiene, home management, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required – training provided.
• Special skills or hobbies are a plus.
• Full-time, part-time, and semi-retired applicants welcome; part-time roles available for those working at college or semi-retired.

Compensation

Standard rate

• Salary: £12.71 per hour
• Sleep-in rate: £60.00 per night

Enhanced rate

• Salary: £13.71 per hour
• Sleep-in rate: £60.00 per night

Rates vary by location to reflect complexities of care.
