4Recruitment Services is looking for a Maintenance Officer in Redditch to support a local authority by conducting property condition inspections. The role includes assessing infrastructure condition, identifying defects, and producing reports to inform maintenance.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of HNC/HND in Building Studies, practical understanding of Health & Safety legislation, and a valid UK driving licence for site visits. The role is full-time with an initial 6-month contract.
