Responsibilities

  • Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
  • Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
  • Administer medication and complete light household tasks
  • Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support
  • Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Shifts: Thursday & Friday nights

Qualifications

You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support. You work well both independently and in a team. Experience is helpful, but not essential – full training and the chance to gain a recognised qualification are provided. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.

About the role

Join our caring team at 223 College Road, a small, supported living home for adults with learning disabilities and a range of support needs. We work together to create a warm, inclusive environment where each person feels respected, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.
