What you’ll do

We are looking for a driven, dedicated and passionate Installation Scheduler to join our fast-growing team who would like to be part of the team making Zuno an international household name. As an Installation Scheduler, you will play a fundamental part in supporting our growth and ambition by engaging with our engineers and customers and assisting in any scheduling issues which may arise.

You will also be required to:

  • Remotely assist engineers with their diary management and workload
  • Communicate clearly with engineers and customers offering solutions, recommendations and reassurance.
  • Monitor and action any planning issues that may arise.
  • Build relationships with different teams within the company.
  • Be reactive, engaged and forward thinking.

Who you are:

  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Computer Literate (the role will require you to use a range of Microsoft/Google software)
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Well organised and friendly
  • Confident personality
