Therapy & Rehab Support Assistant — After-School Activities

Case Management Cymru Ltd. in Swansea is looking for an enthusiastic Therapy Assistant/Rehabilitation Support Worker to support a young client with complex needs. The role involves assisting with personal care, enabling participation in social activities, and promoting independence.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with children and adults, be flexible to work after school hours, and possess a valid driver’s license. Full induction and training will be provided, with ongoing support from a dedicated Case Manager.
