Pegasus Group is seeking an organised and proactive Bid Coordinator to join our team on a part‑time maternity cover basis. With flexibility on office location and the option to be based in London, Cambridge or Birmingham, this is an excellent opportunity to join a leading multidisciplinary development consultancy and play an important role in supporting successful public sector bid submissions.

Working closely with the Bid Manager and wider team, you will support the full bid process from opportunity tracking through to submission. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused and confident managing multiple tasks, with a strong interest in producing high‑quality, professional documentation and helping to deliver winning bids.

About The Role

As Bid Coordinator, you will support the end‑to‑end bid process, helping to track opportunities, maintain an accurate pipeline and ensure submissions are delivered on time. You will coordinate meetings, calls and document reviews, while setting up bid folders, templates and trackers to keep activity organised, efficient and aligned with key deadlines.

You will play a key role in preparing, formatting and assembling high‑quality bid documents, ensuring each submission is professional, accurate and compliant with client requirements and procurement specifications. The role will also involve maintaining the bid library and knowledge base, as well as supporting the preparation and editing of CVs, case studies and other submission materials.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. You should be comfortable working with documents, trackers and deadlines, and confident communicating with colleagues across the business to help keep submissions on track. Previous experience in a bid, tender, proposal or similar coordination role would be beneficial, but just as important is a proactive approach, a willingness to learn and a commitment to producing work of a consistently high standard.
