Mail Services Assistant
About The Role
The Mail Services Assistant is responsible for sorting, processing and distributing all incoming mail and parcels. The role may involve travelling across the Claverton Down campus to make deliveries and collections, or assisting students at a customer‑focused counter. The position utilises modern Franking technology and tracking software to deliver high‑quality service.
Hours of work total 36.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday 08:30‑18:45 and Saturdays 08:20‑12:30.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in customer service
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid UK driving licence
