Senior Community Matron – Lead Home Care & Coordination

OneMedical Group is seeking a Community Matron to join the Rosedean House Surgery in Liskeard. This role involves providing personalized care to patients with diverse health needs, focusing on older adults and those with complex conditions. The position allows for both full-time and part-time options and encourages proactive, patient-centered care.
