NHS Scotland is looking to recruit a Band 6 CPN to their enhanced community dementia team in Oban. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the provision of specialist dementia care. Responsibilities include facilitating access to diagnosis and treatment, preventing hospital admissions, and ensuring timely discharge.
