Role Overview
You will work with young adults who have complex needs. This role is sometimes challenging but offers huge rewards. You will build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together. You will help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands. You will also assist with personal care, including support with eating and medication. You will help plan and participate in days out they wish to enjoy and support them to become more independent.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with young adults with complex needs.
- Plan and support daily tasks, cooking, cleaning, errands.
- Assist with personal care, eating and medication administration.
- Plan and participate in leisure or day out activities.
- Promote independence and support goal attainment.
