Youth Support Worker: At-Risk Teens Transitions (Flexible)

Shaw Trust is offering an exciting opportunity to join the youth team in Norfolk, focusing on supporting young people aged 14‑18 at risk of statutory intervention and guiding children aged 10‑14 during their transition from primary school.

The role involves building trusted relationships, providing tailored support, and working flexibly within the Youth Early Support Service.
