What You’ll Do
As aMaintenance Person, you will:
- Completeproperty maintenance tasksincludingplumbing,decorating,basicelectrical, andgeneral repairs, ensuring lodges andbuildings are well-kept and functional
- Checkand prepare accommodationready for guest arrivals
- Workcollaborativelywith the wider team to maintain park standards
- Observeand uphold Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe workingenvironment
- Usehandheld devicesor computer systems to log tasks and updates asneeded
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable individual whohas:
- Experiencein general property maintenance, repairs, and fault finding
- Skillsacrossmultiple tradessuch asplumbing,carpentry,DIY,andpainting
- Afull UK driving licence(essential)
- Agood understanding ofhealth and safety regulations
- Customerservice and teamwork skills
- Confidenceusinghandheld devices or basic IT systems
