Parts Advisor

Salary: £30,300 Basic + Monthly Bonus (£150-£300). Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 6:00pm. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and supplying vehicle parts to technicians and customers.
• Processing parts orders and managing stock effectively.
• Handling customer enquiries both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory control.
• Supporting the service department with timely parts availability.
• Working towards departmental targets and delivering excellent customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Parts Advisor experience is preferred.
• Experience within a dealership or automotive environment would be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with RTC, Power and ETKA systems is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A positive attitude with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
