You’ll care for our young people throughout the day, ensuring smooth operation and lasting memories. Duties include:
- Assisting with school readiness, homework, and paperwork
- Planning and leading activities, both in daytime and during evenings and weekends
- Handling emergencies and providing a supportive environment that recognizes each child’s needs, personality and potential

- Salary: Base salary of £29,034 – £35,400 a year
- Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep‑ins per month (paid £80 each) and a £1,400 attendance allowance assuming good attendance

- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- We will pay for you to study for a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) if you do not already have it
