FLT Driver

Location: Leeds

Full-Time | Days – Monday to Friday | Hours 8am – 4.30pm | Permanent Position | Overtime available.

Key Responsibilities

• FLT driving (Counterbalance) good in/out. Navigating pallets of raw material and product from production to warehouse and vice-versa.
• Loading and unloading lorries.
• Assisting teams and Operations with production tasks.
• Wrapping, stacking, and moving finished goods.
• Keeping the working area clean, safe, and organised.
• Supporting with machine changeovers and basic maintenance tasks.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times.

What We’re Looking For / Candidate Specification

• Previous experience working around extruders or extrusion machinery would be nice, but not essential.
• In-date Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience in industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good level of physical fitness – the role can involve manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Flexible with working hours – overtime at time and a half.
