HGV Class 1 Driver DAYS – MALLUSK or ARMAGH

permanent full-time Class 1 Day Driver position with opportunities for local day shifts and Irish tramping from either Mallusk or Armagh depots.

Hours of work

Start times between 05:00 – 06:30, Monday to Friday, with weekend overtime available.

Pay & Benefits

• Up to £2000 annual bonus based on performance and attendance over 46 weeks
• Overtime pay at £18 per hour
• Full private medical and dental insurance for driver, partner, and two children after 9 months
• Nights out £27.50, weekends additional
• Paye only

Key Duties

• Operate trucks safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company policies
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections
• Load, secure cargo, and deliver goods on time
• Maintain accurate delivery records and logs
• Communicate effectively with the Operations Team
• Keep vehicles clean and report mechanical issues promptly

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year driving experience
• ADR license is advantageous
• Knowledge of Irish transport routes
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay punctual
• Cleanliness and respect for vehicles are essential
