Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity in our Clifton clinic for a Healthcare Assistant who wants to make a difference in our patients’ lives. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures and in order to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on‑job training, e‑learning and access to our in‑house education program “d Academy.”

Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean equipment in accordance with training.
- Prepare supplies and packs for treatment.
- Conduct health checks with patients before and after dialysis.
- Escort patients to clinical and waiting areas.
- Serve refreshments during treatments.
- Support the nursing team under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications
- GCSE level or equivalent.
- Minimum NVQ level 2 in Health, Social Care or equivalent (preferably working towards level 3).
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, dynamic approach to safe and effective care.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and fluency in English.

- Competitive salary up to £25,086 per year.
- Full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 6:30 am – 11:30 pm (no nights or Sundays).
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 150 hours every 4 weeks.
