Major Recruitment is looking for Class 2 drivers (HGV 2) to work for our client based in St Helens. This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity with a growing client who has recently increased their fleet following successful business growth.

Role

The role involves delivering palletised goods to multiple locations in the local area.

• Day shifts – AM start times.
• Monday to Friday – 50 hours a week (average 10 hours per day).
• Accrued Holiday – 31 days, increasing to up to 33 with length of service.
• Temp to Perm.
• Curtain side / tail‑lift vehicles – Brand New Fleet!
• Pallet Trucks.

Requirements

• A valid Class 2 licence (HGV Class 2).
• DQC Card.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• No more than 6 points for minor offences (no IN, DD, DR endorsements).
