Responsibilities

• Design bespoke, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Provide nurturing, trauma‑sensitive support to foster emotional and academic growth.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social skills in 1:1 or small‑group settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

• QTS/QTLS certification + 2+ years of teaching experience (SEMH/SEND preferred).
• Proven ability to support students with SEMH, complex needs, or challenging behaviours.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) + up‑to‑date safeguarding training.
• Right to work in the UK + two professional references.
