Your Role:

As an SEMH Specialist, you will:

• Design bespoke, engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Provide nurturing, trauma-sensitive support to foster emotional and academic growth.
• Encourage positive behaviour and social skills in 1:1 or small-group settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS certification plus at least 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in SEMH or SEND.
• Proven ability to support students with SEMH, complex needs, or challenging behaviours.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one, plus up-to-date safeguarding training.
• Right to work in the UK and two professional references.
