Shifts: Rotating Shifts or Static Nights

Pay: NLW with Shift Allowence

About the Role

Our client is currently looking for a reliable and hands‑on Printing Finisher to join their team in Burton-on-Trent. This role involves working within a busy print environment, ensuring all printed materials are finished to a high standard and ready for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating finishing equipment such as guillotines, laminators, and binding machines
• Cutting, trimming, folding, and assembling printed products
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
• Packing and preparing finished goods for dispatch
• Supporting the wider production team where required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Previous experience in a printing or finishing role
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
