We’re recruiting a Science teacher to work in a successful secondary school within Manchester. The role will start in September 2026, be full‑time, and is a long‑term position teaching Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Responsibilities
• Teach Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, designing engaging lessons and assessment tasks.
• Support pupils’ academic progress and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to programme planning, and participate in professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to build strong rapport with young adults and experience mentoring students.
- Experience teaching Science across KS3/KS4.
- Proven background in raising pupil progress.
- Desire to make a positive difference to the students you work with.
