Compass Community is seeking Family Support Workers to join our Temporary Bank Staff for a Residential Family Assessment Centre in Cottingham. In this challenging role, you will support families and staff in accordance with OFSTED regulations, ensuring high safeguarding standards.

The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide essential support to Parent & Child placements, promoting life skills and independence.
