Salary: £26,266 per annum (£13.47 per hour) plus benefits.

This role requires a full UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Applicants should consider the physical nature of the work involving direct contact with the deceased.

What you’ll do

  • Provide clients with expert guidance on funeral plans and help them understand their options.
  • Manage your own diary, making and receiving calls with clients or arranging face‑to‑face visits.
  • Keep accurate records in line with policies and regulations.
  • Work closely with branch teams, providing guidance on funeral plan enquiries and supporting admin work when required.

This role would suit people who have

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, financial services, or other client‑facing roles (advantageous but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent admin and organisational skills, ability to work independently and manage diary.
  • High levels of empathy, discretion, and care; strong listening skills; ability to follow client needs during a vulnerable time.
  • A passion for delivering great service and achieving good outcomes for clients.
