Lead Children’s Residential Support Worker (EBD)

Vetro Recruitment is looking for a passionate Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker in Hirwaun to support young people aged 8-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The ideal candidate will have significant experience in children’s support and hold a Level 3 NVQ in Children & Young People. You will mentor staff, maintain a safe environment, and support the personal development of the young individuals in your care.

This full-time permanent position offers a salary between £32,090 and £36,313, along with a comprehensive training package and additional benefits.
