We are currently recruiting for two qualified teachers to join a specialist SEMH provision in West Drayton from September 2026. These are full‑time, permanent opportunities offering pay in line with the teacher pay scale, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Food Technology Teacher
  • PE Teacher

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience working within an SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) setting is essential.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
  • Passion for supporting young people with additional needs and helping them achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons within your specialist subject area.
  • Support students with SEMH needs to access learning and make progress.
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
