Senior Chef De Partie – Stylish Fine Dining Restaurant

We are excited to be working with a glamorous fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. Following a full refurbishment, they are now seeking an ambitious Senior Chef De Partie to join their 14-strong brigade and play a vital role in delivering a truly exceptional dining experience.

Due to the restaurant’s late-night menu on selected days, you’ll need to be flexible with shifts, including finishes of up to 2am.

Responsibilities

• Running your own section to the highest standards of precision and consistency
• Supporting the Sous Chef and wider team during busy services
• Catering for up to 50 covers at lunch, 220 at dinner and 60 in the private dining room
• Helping to train and mentor junior chefs within the brigade
• Upholding impeccable standards of hygiene, organisation and compliance

Qualifications / Fit

• Have solid experience as a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef De Partie in a high-end, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
• Are a confident and organised chef who takes pride in their craft
• Have the drive to progress and the passion to deliver exceptional food every day
