Impactful Youth Worker: 1:1 & Group Support

Hurst Green is seeking a passionate Youth Worker in Dudley. This full-time role involves creating engaging spaces and delivering inspiring activities to support young people in their confidence and resilience. You will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through impactful interventions and community support.

This is a fixed-term position until March 31, 2027, requiring attendance in the office 3+ days a week or onsite full time. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
