What your day will look like?

As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, managing stock and deliveries, cleaning stations, maintaining high hygiene standards, reporting safety or maintenance issues, and complying with all health, safety, fire, security, and food safety regulations while acting in an environmentally aware manner.

What You’ll Bring?

The ideal candidate is passionate about food, eager to learn, positive, punctual, reliable, flexible, and a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, shift availability, and an understanding of food hygiene legislation. You are able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Experience in AA Rosette or equivalent fine dining is preferable; however we recruit for attitude rather than experience and will give you the tools to ensure you will be successful in your role.
