Chef de Partie- Golf Club
Location: Maidenhead
A well-established golf club is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and reliable Chef de Partie with a genuine passion for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on chef who enjoys producing great food for a discerning membership in a friendly, professional environment.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality, freshly prepared food across a wide range of services, from daily clubhouse dining to team matches, private functions and special events.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Head Chef with the day‑to‑day management of the kitchen
- Preparing and cooking fresh food for members and events
- Supporting the planning and delivery of menus for matches, private functions and themed evenings
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering
- Supporting food cost control while maintaining excellent quality
- Working closely with the Front of House team to coordinate events
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for cooking fresh food from scratch
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Customer‑focused with a positive and proactive attitude
- Own transport essential due to rural location
Salary & Benefits
- £25,000 – £26,000 per annum
- Full‑time position with sociable working hours
