The role of Administration Assistant:
- Typing letters and reports
- Maintaining documents on SharePoint
- Invoice preparation
- Arranging travel and meetings
- Maintaining and preparing meeting rooms
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
The ideal Administration Assistant:
- At least 2 years experience in an administrative role
- A strong understanding of administrative processes and best practices
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- The ability to read the room and work with sensitivity and emotional intelligence
