We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Scheduling Coordinator at Hinkley Point C. You will be coordinating all vehicle and material movement up to building access areas, including controlling unloading activities. The role requires quick learning of a bespoke delivery management system and utilisation of various vehicle and material management trackers to create forecasts and daily coordination plans. It is a busy role with conflicting priorities, designed for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can work across a diverse set of businesses. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team.

Essential Skills

  • CITB Operative Health & Safety test (must be completed before the start date).

Experience Required

  • Previous experience using delivery management systems.
  • Working within a construction site.
  • Confidence in radio communication.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Good IT skills and understanding of booking software.
  • Demonstrated ability to think and act quickly under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work with other internal processes and systems.

Site Specific Information

  • You must be able to provide a 3‑year work, unemployment, education history and comply with required vetting processes in line with HPC protocols.
  • You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
  • The site is located remotely, and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
