Job Overview
We are looking for Bank Admin Staff that are available Monday to Friday, 30 hours plus per week. Please only apply if you are able to cover these hours.
Qualifications and Experience
- Recent experience working in a busy office environment with excellent communication and administration skills.
- Proficient Microsoft Office user.
- Proven experience as an Administrator.
- GCSE’s Grade C in English and Maths or above.
- Specialist NHS software knowledge – PAS, Choose and Book, Employee On-line, Health Roster.
- Handling a large volume of e‑mail and telephone calls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Outlook.
- Data entry skills.
- Liaise face‑to‑face with patients and colleagues/Managers in a professional manner.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot queries.
Responsibilities
As a bank worker, you may work flexibly to fill a temporary vacancy or short‑term staffing shortages. You may be asked to work at any time, with just a few days’ or hours’ notice.
