Latcom plc is seeking a reliable and hard-working Labourer / Groundsman for their construction team in Southend-On-Sea. The role involves assisting with groundworks and domestic projects including extensions and renovations.
The ideal candidate should have prior labouring experience, a valid CSCS Card, and must be registered under the CIS Scheme. A full UK driving licence and own transport are also required.
This position offers a contract type of CIS (Self-Employed), with an hourly rate of £17.50 based on an 8-hour working day.
