Seed Dresser Operator (with some delivery driver duties)

We are looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Seed Dresser Operator to join our team at Selby, North Yorkshire. This full‑time, permanent role combines mobile seed dressing operations with delivery driving and warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with a mobile seed dressing unit
• Prepare equipment, monitor seed treatment and record production
• Clean and maintain machinery, ensuring sites are left tidy
• Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently
• Carry out vehicle checks and complete delivery documentation
• Load/unload vehicles and support warehouse operations
• Maintain high standards of customer service and confidentiality
• Follow Health & Safety, COSH, FEPA and company procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

• Class 2 (Category C) licence and Driver CPC (Required)
• Reliable and hardworking with a flexible approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Commitment to safety and compliance
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence (required)
• Company pension
• On‑site parking
