Hours

39 hours per week, full‑time with flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

Salary

Up to £33,000 per annum. Bonus up to 25% of salary. 30% staff discount. Up to 33 days annual leave.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, inspire and motivate a passionate team to exceed targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising and stock control.
• Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues.
• Ensure operational excellence, including audits, budgets and stock management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.
• Passion for customer service & sales.
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• A results‑driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers with full training provided (optional).
