Role Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Sales Advisor to support our customers by upselling and cross selling our full range of pet insurance products and services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service, all while working in a supportive, collaborative team.
What you will be Doing
- Upsell and cross sell products and services to existing customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Use company systems and tools to meet sales targets within established timeframes
- Identify sales opportunities from existing client quotes within 4–6 week campaigns
- Qualify prospects by asking targeted questions and guiding them through the sales process from enquiry to policy confirmation
- Provide management with insights on potential areas for growth across product, service and education sales
- Triage queries, determine next steps and direct enquiries to appropriate internal teams when required
- Confidently explain product features, benefits, inclusions, exclusions, pricing and related insurance options
- Convert warm leads and incomplete applications into completed sales
- Ensure all interactions, updates and policy details are accurately recorded in CRM systems
- Assist the customer service team with necessary policy administration as needed
Skills and Requirements
- Sales-driven mindset with proven ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and apply effective sales techniques to close opportunities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software to record sales activity accurately
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn new information quickly
- High levels of resilience and determination
- Strong objection handling skills and the ability to guide customers toward positive outcomes
