• Assist customers, drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Work well with colleagues, and also independently as needed
• Create a welcoming and well‑maintained store environment
• Process sales accurately and efficiently
• Comply with all licensing and health & safety legislation
• Maintain professionalism and respect towards customers and colleagues
