Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great in‑store customer experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day operational queries across all store areas.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently manage the store in the manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Co‑achieve team goals by coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
- Continuously seek opportunities to serve customers, communities and the planet better.
Qualifications
- Experience leading in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Excellent communication skills, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
- Minimum age of 18 or over.
Benefits and Pay
Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Minimum 16 hours per week are guaranteed, with roles from 12 hours also available. Flexible work arrangements are discussed during the application process.
