Job Description:

To help customers through the sales process & develop new sales opportunities. Their duties include answering customer queries, delivering after-sales information and updating customer records.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Order entry
  • Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls & lead follow-ups
  • Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Creating quotations and following up on quotations
  • Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers Upselling products and services
  • Tracking orders and investigating delivery delays/missed deliveries for customers waiting on products
  • Answering questions from existing customers with missing products or quality issues
  • Processing customer sales, credits and returns/replacements
  • Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data
  • Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions
  • Referring complex cases to Client Director
  • Making follow-up contact to inform customers of new or improved products
