About the Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Ledger Assistant to join our team. This is a full administrative position, providing essential support to the wider finance team. The role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash posting and allocation, including accessing bank statements and preparing both GBP and foreign currency transactions
  • Logging claims accurately on the internal portal
  • Texting up accounts to ensure records are up to date and accurate
  • Raising credit notes and invoices in a timely manner
  • Managing both manual and automated billing processes
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About You

  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Confident handling financial data and working with numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills and a team‑oriented approach
  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is desirable but not essential
