Pay and Benefits
- Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.
- Guarantee of a minimum of 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours also available.
- Holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus Bank Holidays).

Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in‑store.
- Act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries across all areas of the store.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, give feedback and role‑model great service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet better every day.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
- Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
- Clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
- Naturally motivated leader who inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
