Job Description and Person Specification

Got some experience working in a kitchen or housekeeping role? Great! We’ll teach you the rest. You’ll join a team responsible for our kitchens, laundry and commercial areas within our Hospitality, Hair and Beauty Faculty. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a smooth-running, clean and safe environment for our students, staff and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining cleanliness in our kitchens and commercial areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to support the kitchen team.
  • Assist with the delivery and storage of supplies.
  • Handle waste and recycling efficiently and in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and cleanliness protocols.
  • Support general laundry duties for the faculty.
